KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Business Leadership & Performance Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives for the brand's direct retail operations in Taiwan.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven action plans.
- Manage retail budgets and expenses, providing regular performance reports and financial forecasts to upper management.
- Lead monthly sales projection reviews and adapt strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, including Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Richemont Shared Services, to ensure synergistic efforts in achieving corporate goals.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement retail training strategies to enhance sales competencies, product knowledge, and customer service excellence across the retail workforce.
- Propose and manage team commission and incentive programs to motivate and reward performance.
Retail Operations & Customer Experience Excellence
- Formulate and implement operational strategies to optimize store performance, drive sales, and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and brand guidelines across all retail locations.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with operational standards, visual merchandising directives, and inventory management protocols, ensuring a premium shopping environment.
Market Development & Client Relationship Management
- Evaluate the current retail landscape and identify potential retail development opportunities for management consideration.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and key market stakeholders to stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Define and implement client management strategies, developing new client acquisition opportunities through strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-spending and loyal clients, leveraging insights into their preferences, purchase history, and personal interests to enhance engagement.
JOB PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated strong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a resourceful and independent approach, persistent in achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
