Il/La Production Progress è responsabile del monitoraggio e dell'avanzamento della produzione all'interno della Maison Buccellati, garantendo che i prodotti vengano realizzati secondo i tempi, gli standard di qualità e i costi previsti.

Questa figura collabora strettamente con i team di produzione, pianificazione e controllo qualità per identificare e risolvere eventuali problemi che possano influire sul flusso di lavoro.

  • 2-4 anni di esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili all'interno di contesti produttivi, nel settore della gioielleria.
  • Conoscenza dei processi di produzione.
  • Capacità di analisi dei dati e di problem-solving.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento al risultato.
  • Conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese.
  • Familiarità con i sistemi informatici di gestione della produzione (ERP,Excel)

Principali responsabilità:

  • Monitorare l'avanzamento della produzione in tempo reale, identificando eventuali ritardi o problemi.
  • Collaborare con i team di produzione per risolvere i problemi e garantire il rispetto dei tempi di consegna.
  • Comunicare regolarmente lo stato di avanzamento della produzione al Production Progress Manager e agli altri stakeholder principali
  • Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di qualità e delle procedure.
  • Gestire la documentazione relativa alla produzione, inclusi i report di avanzamento e le analisi dei problemi.
  • Partecipare a riunioni di produzione e fornire aggiornamenti sullo stato di avanzamento.
  • Collaborare con il team di pianificazione per garantire la disponibilità dei materiali e delle risorse necessarie.
