Mission principale : Le gestionnaire de paie est responsable de la gestion complète de la paie pour un portefeuille de salariés. Il/elle assure le bon déroulement du processus de paie.
Responsabilités :
1. Gestion de la paie :
Préparation et contrôle de l'ensemble des éléments variables de la paie (primes, heures supplémentaires, absences, congés, etc.).
Vérification des bulletins de paie.
Gestion des déclarations sociales (URSSAF, caisse de retraite, prévoyance, etc.).
Gestion des acomptes.
DSN mensuelles
2. Relations avec les partenaires externes :
Gérer les relations avec les organismes sociaux (URSSAF, caisses de retraite, mutuelles, etc.).
Compétences requises :
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de la paie (SAP).
Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les différents services (RH, comptabilité, etc.).
Rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
Compétences en communication pour expliquer des aspects complexes de la paie.
Profil recherché :
Expérience : Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement Retail.
Qualités : Autonomie, rigueur, réactivité, capacité d’adaptation et esprit d’équipe.

- The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the complete management of payroll for a portfolio of employees, ensuring the smooth execution of the payroll process. This includes preparing and controlling all variable payroll elements and managing social declarations.
