YOUR MISSION:
Help develop, implement, support, and review all human resources department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems, which could involve continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process. Cultivate training and development programs and compensation and benefits programs. Participate in performance evaluation processes. Composure and confidentiality are required to handle disciplinary and grievance issues. Administrative duties include the upkeep of employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.). Ensure compliance with all policies and legal requirements, including the monitoring of working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Develop, implement, support, and review all human resources department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Refine the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
- Cultivate training and development programs and compensation and benefits programs.

- Deliver analyses of HR data, identify trends, and contribute to the creation of HR insights to diagnose business issues, enhance employee engagement, and improve business performance.
- Carry out complex HR data processing tasks, advise colleagues, and help improve data collection tools and administration processes.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions for individual employee relations cases, and support managers at formal hearings.
- Prepare various data and analytics reports.
- Work within established procedures to achieve specified goals.
- Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and take action to solve immediate compliance issues.
- Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software.
- Gather and summarize data for special reports.
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
- Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedures.
- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Possess a Short-Cycle Tertiary Education.
- Have sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Demonstrate basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
