Are you a good match?

You have extensive experience in client relation/contact center/client service or retail management/operation in luxury, retail or high-end hospitality with proven people management experience.

You have good data analytical skills with qualitative insight.

You have strong business process understanding.

You have proactive and positive attitude.

You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English.

What are we expecting from you?

• Run the business model for the CRC and support the CRC teams: You will work hand in hand with Region, Web manager and physical boutique managers to implement the Maison Online Retail / boutique vision and gather a perfect understanding of the local client behaviors and delighters. You will manage day to day technical, design and business needs and escalate evolution needs to relevant teams. You will accompany the deployment of new CRC projects and improvements and monitor and guarantee quality KPIs & “CREWs” systems expertise.
• Grow the CRC performances aligned with Online Retail strategy: You will be responsible for CRC sales, service and quality KPIs targets and develop operational plans for peak season and major campaigns. You will optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency and track and understand business performance globally and provide reporting & insights. You will challenge weekly / monthly performances and propose action plans.
• Manage the CRC Leadership & Development within a global retail network framework: You will manage VCA CRC teams to ensure excellent client experience to drive sales and customer satisfaction and contribute to promoting omnichannel culture. You will oversee client advisors are well trained on Maison process, creations, platforms and aware of Maison Marketing and Communication initiatives. You will lead the recruitment & talent retention in the CRC and support team engagement.
