Client Experience Assistant (m/w/d) für die Hamburger Cartier Boutique in Vollzeit (befristet auf 12 Monate)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Begrüßung der Kund:innen und Sicherstellung eines Einkaufserlebnisses
- Unterstützung des Verkaufspersonals bei der Produktpräsentation
- Unterstützung der Boutique Administration in allen Bereichen wie Inventurorganisation, Wareneingang etc.
- Vorbereitung des Versandes, inklusive korrektes Verpacken der Produkte
- Koordination von externen Dienstleistungsunternehmen
- Unterstützung im Bereich Visual Merchandising und der Warenpräsentation inklusive Preisauszeichnung
Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kunden- und/oder serviceorientiertem Umfeld (z.B. Juwelier-Einzelhandel, gehobene Hotellerie etc.)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind erwünscht
- Belastbare:r Teamplayer:in mit einem sicheren, offenen und angemessenem Auftreten
- Exakte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse in SAP oder einem ähnlichen Warenwirtschaftsprogramm

What you'll do
- The Client Experience Assistant is responsible for welcoming customers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Additional duties include supporting sales staff, assisting with boutique administration, and preparing shipments.
