in analyzing, reporting, and providing insightful perspectives on CRM Client Activation activities (covering One-to-Many, One-to-One, eCRM, and Lead generation).
in collaborating closely with the CRM Campaign manager to take ownership of the test & learn calendar, thereby optimizing Client Journeys and Campaign approaches.
in implementing, managing, monitoring, and continuously optimizing the correct functioning of eCRM triggered communications and data capture mechanisms.
in supporting the Senior CRM Manager with the meticulous planning, localization, and flawless execution of CRC Clienteling activities.
in establishing robust platforms for sharing best practices, emerging trends, and valuable learnings across diverse markets, and in leading innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge industry benchmarks.
in setting up and diligently maintaining dedicated Client Activation dashboards, serving as the primary point of contact for Markets and both internal and external teams.
You'll have…
a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
4+ years of experience in CRM, eCRM, and Client Marketing
a proactive, problem-solving, and hands-on attitude, driven by a passion for Client Experience and Retention
experience in managing projects with diverse stakeholders and agencies
strong analytical skills and a structured approach, with experience in exploring data (ideally Google Data Studio or Looker)
excellent presentation skills - you know how to make abstract and complex topics easy to understand and communicate your findings effectively
Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
