About this role
Donzé-Baume develops and produces watch exterior components (boxes, bracelets and clasps) as well as jewellery components. Donzé-Baume’s task is to secure know-how in the watch exterior and jewellery business by providing a flexible, high-performance service to the Group’s Maisons.
Vos responsabilités
- Soutenir les Espaces de Production dans le suivi et l’amélioration de leur performance opérationnelle
- Construire, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance
- Identifier, proposer et mettre en place des outils et actions d’amélioration visant flexibilité, réactivité, élimination des gaspillages
- Identifier les difficultés et apporter des solutions afin de les résoudre
- Utilise les méthodes et outils de résolution de problème
- Animer certains chantiers d’amélioration continue
- Faire évoluer les outils de gestion pour soutenir une organisation performante
- Être moteur dans l’identification des gaspillages et dans la proposition d’améliorations
- Animer l’équipe projet et communiquer
- Assurer l’interface avec les autres départements
- Mesurer l’efficacité et rendre compte des résultats
- Supporter les équipes dans l’atteinte des objectifs
- Assurer la veille technologique et concurrentielle
Votre profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur industriel ou d'un titre jugé équivalent avec une spécialisation en LEAN Manufacturing
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience en industrie
- Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes dans le relationnel et êtes doté d'un esprit analytique. Vous pensez être force de proposition et avez une bonne résistance au stress

What you'll do
