HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
Boutique Performance & Strategic Growth:

  • Drive sales, and strategic objectives, including P&L management.

  • Develop and track KPIs, implementing initiatives to boost sales, especially for high-end products.

  • Ensure strict adherence to Montblanc brand guidelines for visual merchandising and customer service.

Inspiring Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team focused on results and customer service.

  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews for team members.

  • Ensure optimal staffing and coverage for all boutique operating hours.

Seamless Retail Operations:

  • Optimise stock, merchandising, and inventory management to maximise sell-through.

  • Collaborate with operations and logistics for efficient stock availability. Oversee till operations, IT systems, security, and maintenance for the boutique.

Exceptional Client Experience & Development:

  • Ensure impeccable customer service and memorable client experiences. Develop and implement CRM strategies and unique customer experiences with marketing teams.

  • Manage VIP client relationships and promote corporate gifting opportunities.

  • Oversee all client service and related topics.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Strong experience in a managerial position within a luxury environment Demonstrable strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage, support, and develop teams.

  • Exceptional client relationship management skills and experience in building client-centric and omnichannel-minded teams.

  • Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of making quick and efficient decisions.

  • A genuine passion for luxury products and the Montblanc brand
