A Bit About the Role
- Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
- General grounds and pool maintenance
- Landscape-planting and weeding
- Trash pickup and removal
- Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.
- Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.
- M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred
- Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong customer service orientation
- Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents
- Perform light maintenance
- Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
