What You’ll Do

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts

Schedule service appointments

Follow up with leads and no-show appointments

Enter and update customer information in our CRM

Support marketing campaigns and website inquiries

Work closely with sales and service teams to meet performance goals
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service and phone skills
