Rooted in California and committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation, we're proud to honor our heritage while shaping the future of winemaking.</span></p> </div> <p></p></div><p>San Antonio Winery is seeking to hire a Part-Time Tasting Room Associates for our Tasting Room in Ontario, CA.&nbsp;</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings a cheerful, engaging personality and delivers exceptional customer service while pouring wines and sharing our family history and culture with guests.&nbsp;While a passion for and basic knowledge of wine is preferred, we are willing to provide training. Proven abilities in sales and customer service within a fast-paced environment are required.&nbsp;</p> <p><em><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Greet every customer with a smile and a warm welcome.</li> <li>Effectively advise guests on wine selections and drive wine sales at the counter.</li> <li>Ability to answer questions and make recommendations regarding our wine and food menu.</li> <li>Handle routine point-of-sale transactions.</li> <li>Uphold brand standards for maintaining the bar, patio, and private dining rooms.</li> <li>Properly open and pour wine and tasting flights at the counter and tables.</li> <li>Maintain basic cleaning practices.</li> <li>Work effectively with teammates during daily duties and operations.</li> <li>Ability to adhere to policies and procedures.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Qualifications</strong></em>:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age due to government regulations.</li> <li>RBS and Forklift certification preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of wine or ability to learn about our wines that can be communicated to our guests.</li> <li>Food &amp; Wine knowledge is a plus.</li> <li>Experience or willingness to learn sales, customer service, and confident interaction with the diverse public.</li> <li>Professional appearance and demeanor.</li> <li>Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.</li> <li>High energy and ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with or ability to learn the operation of POS systems.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with little direction.</li> <li>Basic computer and math skills are required.</li> <li>Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.</li> <li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.</li> <li>Available to work weekends and holidays is required.</li> <li>Bilingual Spanish is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Gratuity and bonuses for Wine Club sign-ups</li> <li>Employee Discounts</li> </ul> <p>#LI-ONSITE</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$17</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$19 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p><em>At Riboli Family Wines, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and we are committed to an environment of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion.
