Rooted in California and committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation, we're proud to honor our heritage while shaping the future of winemaking.</span></p> </div> <p></p></div><p><strong>Role Summary:</strong><br>The Hospitality &amp; Events Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for supporting event execution, VIP hospitality, and guest experience logistics across our Paso Robles locations, including but not limited to San Antonio Winery, Jada Vineyard &amp; Winery, and San Simeon Estates. This role provides on-site support for events and experiences, working under the direction of the General Manager and Estate Experience Manager to ensure seamless operations.</p> <p>The position focuses on coordination, preparation, and execution—ensuring that events, estates, and hospitality spaces are properly set up, guest-ready, and aligned with brand standards.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong> - <em>Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.</em></p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support set-up, execution, and breakdown of events at Paso properties<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with trade visits, VIP tastings, private events, and internal events<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide on-site event-day support, including guest greeting and coordination<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist Estate Experience Manager with execution of events at San Simeon Estates and Jada as needed<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with managing and tracking events and experience inquiries through Tripleseat<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support timely responses to incoming event requests and internal handoffs<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Help maintain event calendars, confirmations, and basic event documentation<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support post-event follow-up and internal reporting as directed<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with preparing and coordinating hospitality houses for trade, family, and VIP guests, ensuring spaces are fully stocked, clean, and guest-ready<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with inspections prior to guest arrival and light follow-up after departures<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support coordination with vendors or internal teams for maintenance needs<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with hosting VIP guests, trade partners, and special tours<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support Paso tasting room and bistro during events or high-volume periods<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Act as a brand ambassador across Riboli family winery properties<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with guest logistics, confirmations, and on-site coordination<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Help maintain basic inventories for items such as, Event supplies, Linens, Tables, chairs, small equipment, etc.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with event space organization before and after events<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support coordination of rentals and deliveries as needed<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Travel occasionally across multiple locations assist with event set-up and breakdown, trade visit, and Special hospitality initiatives<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide flexible support during peak event and visitation periods</p> <p><strong>Education, Experience, &amp; Skills Required:</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality- or events-related education a plus<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;2–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, or guest services<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience supporting events or VIP guests preferred<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort learning event/reservation systems<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Professional, guest-focused demeanor in a fast-paced environment<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Dependable, detail-oriented team player open to direction<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site and travel locally</p> <p>#LI-ONSITE</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$27</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$29 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p><em>At Riboli Family Wines, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and we are committed to an environment of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion.
