Job Title: Regional Account Manager

Location:  New Delhi / Mumbai

Employment Type: Full Time

 

The job  
We are looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager with 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in the AECO industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations). The role focuses on managing strategic and enterprise accounts, driving account-based selling, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You will own regional growth, build strong customer relationships, and lead negotiations across large opportunities.

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Own and deliver assigned revenue quota for the region/territory.

  • Drive new logo acquisition through prospecting, networking, and Collaboration

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HODs, and key decision-makers.

  • Identify whitespace opportunities and expansion within existing accounts

  • Forecast accurately and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM.

 

Essential requirements 

  • 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in the AECO industry 

  • Strong exposure to account-based selling and enterprise accounts 

  • Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals 

  • Excellent negotiation and deal management skills 

  • Proficient in forecasting and ROI articulation
