About this role

Your position

You will be a core member of the Corporate Income Tax Governance and M&A team, with direct ownership of high‑visibility tax workstreams across the company. You’ll work on group tax reporting and provisioning, lead M&A tax analyses, and translate tax strategy into practical actions that protect value and unlock opportunities. This position involves frequent exposure to senior finance and business leaders and includes presenting insights and recommendations that support timely, commercial decisions.

In your daily role, you will monitor and assess the impact of business developments on the group’s tax results, while identifying and communicating tax-efficiency opportunities.

Additionally, you will be required to travel mostly within Europe a couple of times per year.

 

Your tasks

  • Analyzing Corporate Income Taxes and Pillar 2 top‑up taxes on an international level, assessing retroactive/prospective impacts, coordinating compliance and reporting results
  • Contributing to M&A projects by supporting structural design, performing due diligence, and identifying and communicating tax‑efficiency opportunities
  • Drafting documents to explain the tax rationale of proposed actions and proactively assessing and managing risk, reporting findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with group‑level tax provisions (DTAs, tax losses), reporting to stakeholders, and reviewing tax developments (legislation, court rulings) across relevant jurisdictions
  • Following up on key internal information (financial results, TP adjustments, contracts) and tracking and reporting project progress

Your profile

  • A degree in Law, Accounting, Economics or a similar field
  • Several years of experience in a corporate tax role (Big Four, law firm, or multinational corporate tax team), with proven expertise in international corporate tax, including tax planning, M&A structuring, and tax provisioning
  • Hands-on experience with tax accounting and risk management (DTAs, tax losses, provision calculation)
  • Excellent MS Office skills, SAP, and AI-agents experience

 

Languages: English – fluent

Nice to have: Knowledge of Austrian, German, US and/or Brazilian tax rules.
