What You Can Expect:
- Du wirkst an vielfältigen strategischen Projekten mit – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
- Die Erstellung von Präsentationen und die verständliche Aufbereitung komplexer Informationen, Daten und Listen liegen auch in deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Du unterstützt den gesamten Kommunikationsbereich im Tagesgeschäft und führst Recherchen zu aktuellen Themen und Trends durch
- Das Kostenmonitoring sowie das damit verbundene Prüfen und Freigeben von Rechnungen in Abstimmung mit dem Team gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Arbeitsalltag
- Du bearbeitest diverse administrative Aufgaben und trägst dazu bei, unser datengesteuertes Arbeiten im Kommunikationsbereich weiter voranzutreiben
- Du unterstützt oder übernimmst die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von internen und externen Veranstaltungen
What You Bring:
- Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozial- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften (oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang)
- Erste Erfahrung im Arbeitsalltag sowie auch im internationalen Umfeld und zeitliche Flexibilität
- Freude an Projektarbeit und an organisatorischen sowie administrativen Aufgaben
- Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar und verständlich zu vermitteln
- Hohe Motivation und selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Offenheit, neue Inhalte und Themenfelder zu entdecken
- Gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und Daten und sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel
