What You Can Expect:
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary / Diploma in Logistics / Transportation or equivalent qualifications.
Able to converse and write in English.
Knowledge in inventory control and warehouse materials for at least 2 years are essential.
Hands on experience in handling SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible to conduct daily, periodical inventory and annual Physical Inventory
Responsible to manage and handle all direct materials with total of 8,000 SKU’s.
Ensure issue quantity captured in system and control accordingly.
Ensure put-away process of materials together with complete documentation.
Able to identify the material issuance and kitting pick to align to the production requirement.
Ensure all material properly stored with label displayed at all times.
Write off shelf-life expired material on monthly basis.
Warehouse temperature control to adhere as per the Safety requirement.
To assist on Audit and matters related to authority.
To assist on housekeeping (5'S) of chemical and consumable materials storage
Report any material discrepancies and damages.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Follow quality service standards and comply with standard procedures, rules and regulation.
Be responsible for any other task assign given by the management.
Actively monitor and solve potential warehousing issues
What You Bring:
Knowledge and Skills
Certified MHE driver / experienced driver would be an advantage
Familiarity with SAP & WMS software, and able to upload data into the company system using scanners
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Must be able to work in shifts.
Must be able to work additional hours – over time. (when required)
Must be able working under pressure situation.
Good command and communication skill both written and verbal.
Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
