What You Can Expect:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 1400 OR 14:00 - 22:00
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to warehouse operations, ensuring all paperwork and system records are accurate and up to
date
Create, process, and file delivery notes, goods-in records, pick lists, and dispatch documentation
Maintain accurate records for inbound, outbound, and returned goods
Support shift managers and supervisors with daily operational reporting.
Update and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) data, including receipts, movements, adjustments, and
despatches
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in line with agreed procedures
Assist with cycle counts and full stock takes, including reporting variances
Ensure data accuracy to meet customer and audit requirements
Act as a key point of contact operationally for customer queries relating to orders, stock, and deliveries, supporting the
customer service team with responses
Provide timely and accurate information to customers in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Escalate issues or risks that may impact service or accuracy.
Liaise with transport providers and internal planning teams to support booking, despatch, and delivery activities
Ensure all despatch documentation is completed accurately and on time
Support proof of delivery (POD) tracking and query resolution.
Ensure all documentation is completed in line with company procedures, customer requirements, and legal obligations
Support compliance with Health & Safety, and quality standards
Always maintain audit-ready records.
Accuracy of system data and documentation

What You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Area of Responsibility: Compliance, Health & Safety
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment (preferred)
Understanding of warehouse processes including goods-in, picking, packing, and despatch
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly desirable
Familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, and customer-focused operations
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Additional qualifications in logistics, administration, or supply chain (desirable).
