About this role
What You Can Expect:
- Sie führen selbstständig die Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Standorte mit unserem SAP R/3- bzw. SAP S4/HANA-System.
- Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen die Bearbeitung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung, sowie Banken- und Kassenbuchungen und die dazugehörige Kontenpflege.
- Außerdem sind Sie für Abgrenzungs- und Dauerbuchungen, für Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie für die Erstellung der Umsatzsteuermeldungen zuständig.
- Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Buchhaltungsteams.
- Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner und Fachexperte für Ihr Team in allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen.
- Sie stellen die fristgerechte Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen Ihres Teams sicher.
- Sie berichten an den Leiter Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
What You Bring:
- Ihre Basis bildet eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Sie konnten bereits einschlägige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen idealerweise mit Debitorenmanagement-Kenntnissen erwerben.
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 oder in SAP S4/HANA (FI und CO) sowie in MS Office.
- Als besonnener und flexibler Teamplayer überzeugen Sie mit Kommunikationsgeschick, Einsatzbereitschaft und Liebe zum Detail.
