About this role
What You Can Expect:
- Du kümmerst dich um die operative Bearbeitung von Klärfällen im logistischen Tagesgeschäft und stellst reibungslose Abläufe sicher.
- Dabei übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Retourenbearbeitung sowie die Abwicklung von Inventuren.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und in der Abstimmung mit externen Kunden trägst du zu einer schnellen und effizienten Lösungsfindung bei.
- Alle Klärfälle dokumentierst und verfolgst du eigenständig im Lagerverwaltungssystem.
- Auf Basis der gewonnenen Erkenntnisse entwickelst du Maßnahmen zur langfristigen Fehlervermeidung und kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung.
What You Bring:
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im logistischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich.
- Erfahrung in der Logistik, vorzugsweise im operativen Umfeld oder im Klärfallmanagement, bringst du mit.
- Eine strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Verlässlichkeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Die Arbeit im Früh- und Spätschichtsystem ist für dich gut machbar und zeigt deine Flexibilität.
