What You Can Expect:
- Support the operational execution of Project Logistics shipments
- Assist in project planning and preparation activities, including shipment schedules, routing concepts, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks related to project cargo movements with internal teams, overseas offices, and service providers.
- Monitor ongoing project activities, milestones, and timelines, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting.
- Support the analysis and monitoring of operational KPIs related to project performance, quality, and service delivery.
- Assist with cost tracking, basic budget control, and data preparation for project reviews and margin analysis.
- Provide operational input and administrative support for quotations, tenders, and project logistics proposals.
- Support customer communication by preparing status updates and participating in project-related meetings when required.
- Identify operational issues during execution and escalate deviations or risks to senior project stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Degree or qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, Air & Ocean transport, or project logistics environments.
- Practical exposure to operational execution and coordination of shipments; experience with project cargo is an advantage.
- Strong interest in project logistics and complex transport solutions.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in time-critical environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and service providers.
- Basic commercial awareness, including cost control and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
