What You Can Expect:
In deiner Rolle bist Du schwerpunktmäßig für die Kontrolle der Lieferpapiere auf ihre Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität zuständig sowie den Abgleich der Daten im Warenwirtschaftssystem.
Bearbeitung anfallender Zollvorgänge, Überprüfung der durch die Spedition gebuchten Zeitfenster sowie Abgleich der Abfahrtskontrolle
fallen in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen u.a. im Wareneingang und von Seiten des Kunden.
In Deiner Funktion arbeitest Du Hand in Hand mit operativen Kollegen und bist erster Ansprechpartner für die anliefernden Speditionen.
What You Bring:
Du hast eine abgeschlossene logistische Fachausbildung wie z.B. Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit SAP wünschenswert.
Alternativ konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen mit anderen Warenwirtschaftssystemen sammeln.
Du handelst eigenverantwortlich und überzeugst durch ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsaufgabe.
Nicht zuletzt bist Du bereit für einen 3-Schicht-Betrieb.
