Stay Bonus: 1,000 provided in the follow increments
- Bonus is for full time employees and paid out according to training schedule.
- 250 After 90-Day Probationary Period
- 250 after 6 Months of Employment
- 500 after 12 Months of Employment
Rate of Pay: $58,000 + (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardize procedures and program needs
- Provides employees with individual-specific training and training in the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and applying corrective action to employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Participates in mandated training in our evidenced based practice; Ecosystemic structural family therapy model
- Completes Service Authorization Requests as needed and ensure that current service authorization is in place prior to the provision of any service
- Provides clinical supervision to all employees

Job Requirements:
May be required to be a Qualified Professional as defined by the service definition requirements. Qualified Professional is defined as an individual who is:
- A graduate of a college or university with a Master’s degree in a human service field and has at least 1 year of full-time post-graduate supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of performing CPR and therapeutic holds
- Employee supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EHR) preferred

What you'll do
- The Behavioral Health Team Leader works closely with clinical staff to standardize procedures and provide training to employees. They also participate in mandated training, complete service authorization requests, and provide clinical supervision.
