Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Develop the ability to meet production targets for all sections (Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS)
- Inform and report any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area
- Adhere to the SOPs of the respective sections
- Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports on Yarn Quality and Productivity using Ms. Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word)
- Receive instructions and information from the outgoing shift at the start of the shift and communicate them to the incoming shift at the end of the shift
- Ensure compliance with all company rules to maintain discipline in the workplace
- Highlight any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective are
