Job Summary
The Officer 1, Videographer will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing compelling video content to support PT. RGE Indonesia's communication and marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative eye, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms including internal communications, social media, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
Operate and maintain professional video cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording devices, and other related gear.
Develop engaging storyboards and shot lists in collaboration with communication and marketing teams.
Manage all aspects of post-production, including video editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video technologies, and best practices to continually improve content quality and impact.
Organize and archive video footage and project files efficiently.
Assist with other multimedia production tasks as required.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Videographer or Video Editor, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
Strong understanding of video production principles, including cinematography, lighting, and audio recording.
Familiarity with various camera equipment and accessories.
Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video production skills is essential.
