Job Responsibilities
Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all sales-related documents.
Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, production) to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales data, and CRM system information. Generate sales reports, analyze sales trends, and provide insights to the sales management team.
Order Processing & Tracking: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. Track order status from placement to delivery, proactively communicating any potential delays to customers and the sales team.
Administrative Support: Manage sales team schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare presentations. Handle general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
Market Research Assistance: Support the sales and marketing teams by gathering market information, competitor analysis, and customer feedback as needed.
* Cross-functional Collaboration:** Liaise effectively with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
