Responsible for promoting positive organisational culture including execution of internal employee communications and engagement campaigns. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Support and maintain employee engagement programs • Develop and communication employee relation strategies. • Run employee engagement activities. Communicates plans to stakeholders and works with them to implement them. Design and implement programs and support the running of Core Values initiatives. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.Disclaimer:
