Responsibilities:

Você está em uma jornada para se juntar a uma empresa empolgante e fazer parte da nossa história de sucesso. Aqui nós equiparemos você com o know-how e a experiência que definirão seu crescimento. Nesta função que você está prestes a embarcar, você será o responsável pelos seguintes deveres:

Responsável pelo planejamento, gestão e controle das vendas de celulose na América Latina, incluindo vendas nacionais de FCB e demais produtos, sempre dentro da política comercial pré- determinada.

- Prospectar e desenvolver novos clientes, bem como efetuar o acompanhamento de clientes tradicionais, para assegurar a manutenção e ampliação do mercado e administrar vendas na Amércia Latina junto à trade internacional, afim de alcançar os objetivos de metas de vendas, bem como a satisfação do cliente no atendimento e no pós vendas.

- Assegurar o volume de vendas de celulose por seguimento, através do balanceamento adequado para atendimento à carteira de clientes.

- Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, especificando os resultados de vendas, mantendo o superior hierárquico informado sobre o andamento das visitas, informações sobre contatos com os clientes, volume de vendas e tendencias futuras do mercado.

- Acompanhar evolução e mudanças do mercado que possam em curto e médio prazo afetar as vendas da Bracell, mediante plano de visitas programadas.

- Acompanhar de perto a movimentação dos concorrentes em volume e condições comerciais, por meio de visitas comerciais.

- Gerenciar a programação de visitas da equipe de assistência técnicas aos clientes da América Latina e Nacionais, através de uma agenda anual de vistas e informações obtidas em visitas comerciais

- Assegurar o planejamento orçamentário anual, através do levantamento de necessidades de investimento, melhorias e despesas de operação.

- Assegurar o desenvolvimento e motivação da equipe, através de avaliações de desempenho, treinamentos e feedbacks constantes.

MANDATÓRIO: Ensino Superior Completo Administração. Economia, Marketing e Engenharia.
- Inglês fluente

DESEJÁVEL:
MBA em Gestão de Negócios, Vendas ou outra área correlata
