Responsibilities:
ATRIBUIÇÕES
1 - Divulgar informações oficiais sobre a empresa e suas atividades para as comunidades, com o objetivo de manter o público externo atualizado sobre suas ações.
2 - Realizar o cadastro das comunidades locais, incluindo populações tradicionais e indígenas, situadas na área de atuação da empresa.
3 - Participar das iniciativas de Microplanejamento, com o propósito de identificar e abordar as demandas sociais relacionadas ao negócio.
4 - Desempenhar o papel de intermediário entre a empresa e as comunidades, gerenciando as demandas de diferentes partes interessadas e garantindo a preservação da imagem corporativa.
5 - Utilizar ferramentas que forneçam à empresa informações estratégicas sobre as partes interessadas.
6 - Cumprir as normas e procedimentos estabelecidos no sistema de gestão da qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional.
7 - Desejável vivência em auditorias internas e externas relacionadas aos P&C da área de Relações com Comunidades (ISO 9001 e 14001, PEFC e FSC).
8 - Gerenciar o impacto social operacional, propondo ações e ferramentas para controlar e mitigar esses impactos.
REQUISITOS
Formação superior em Administração, Comunicação Social, Agronomia, área Biológica e Engenharias.
Desejável conhecimento intermediário em Excel e Power BI.
Disponibilidade para viagens e CNH ativa
Disponibilidade de atuação presencial na cidade de Lençóis Paulista/SP

What you'll do
- The role involves disseminating official information about the company to local communities and managing stakeholder demands while preserving the corporate image. Additionally, the analyst will participate in microplanning initiatives to address social demands related to the business.
