About the role 
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch at North Hobart and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve 

  • Ensuring customers receive friendly and the best possible service. 
  • Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects 
  • Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
  • Responding to customer queries & make follow up calls  

A bit about you 

  • A passion for providing great customer service 
  • Organised, responsible and a team player. 
  • Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
