The employee will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services and deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective quality assurance practices across our operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
- Strong understanding of ABA documentation standards and clinical workflows.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and supportive manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
