Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Property Administrator to support day-to-day property management operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, tenant communication, and record management to ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to property managers
- Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries via email and phone
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors
- Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records
- Assist with rent tracking, invoices, and basic bookkeeping
- Prepare reports, notices, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and property regulations
Experience Required
- Previous experience in property administration, real estate, or office administration (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience with property management software is an advantage
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
