Working Hours: Monday to Friday (3:00pm / 4:00pm – 11:00pm / 12:00am SAST)

We are seeking a reliable and professional Client Success Manager to manage and support U.S.-based clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S.-based clients
· Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and alignment
· Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
· Coordinate internally to ensure client requests and tasks are handled efficiently
· Monitor client accounts and proactively identify potential issues
· Ensure smooth day-to-day account management and follow-through
Role Focus:
This role is centred on client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence, ensuring that clients feel supported while internal processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
· Confidence and professionalism when engaging with American clients
· Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
· Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
· Previous experience in client-facing, account management, or customer success roles (preferred)
