Das sind Deine Aufgaben
- Beratung: Mit Fachwissen und echter Begeisterung berätst du unsere Kund:innen rund um frisches Obst und Gemüse
- Warenpräsentation: Du präsentierst die Ware ansprechend und setzt kreative Impulse für eine verkaufsfördernde Gestaltung deiner Abteilung
- Flexibilität: Du packst auch an der Kasse und im Laden mit an und unterstützt dort, wo du gerade gebraucht wirst
- Bestandsmanagement: Der Warenbestand wird von dir zuverlässig gesteuert – von der Bestellung bis zur Qualitätskontrolle
- Frische & Sauberkeit: Du hast Frische, Qualität und Ordnung stets im Blick – für ein Einkaufserlebnis, das überzeugt
Das zeichnet Dich aus
- Qualifikation: Idealerweise erste Berufspraxis im Einzelhandel – z. B. als Bäckereifachverkäufer:in, Verkäufer:in oder Kassierer:in. Auch Quereinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen
- Flexibel: Du bist flexibel und bereit an der Kasse und im Laden mit anzupacken
- Warenkenntnisse: Kenntnisse im Bereich Obst und Gemüse
- Kundenkontakt: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und trittst freundlich sowie serviceorientiert auf
- Teamgeist: Zusammenarbeit liegt dir – du bringst dich zuverlässig ein und denkst kundenorientiert
