- Beratung: Im direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kund:innen überzeugst du durch Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und Servicebereitschaft
- Organisation: Ob an der Kasse oder beim Einräumen neuer Ware – du behältst den Überblick, arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst und bringst dich tatkräftig ein
- Warenpräsentation: Du präsentierst unsere Produkte ansprechend und achtest auf Frische und Qualität
- Teamarbeit: Mit deinem Team ziehst du an einem Strang – für ein Einkaufserlebnis, das begeistert
Das zeichnet Dich aus
- Qualifikation: Idealerweise erste Berufspraxis im Einzelhandel – z. B. als Bäckereifachverkäufer:in, Fleischereifachverkäufer:in, Verkäufer:in oder Kassierer:in. Auch Quereinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen
- Warenkenntnisse: Kenntnisse im Lebensmittelbereich sind von Vorteil
- Kundenkontakt: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und trittst freundlich sowie serviceorientiert auf
- Teamgeist: Zusammenarbeit liegt dir – du bringst dich zuverlässig ein und denkst kundenorientiert
