Description :
(This is an Internship position)** You'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, exceed performance targets, and be part of a high-talented team with an ambitious mission. Help us ensure customer satisfaction while actively participating in defining our product to solve their needs.
You will :
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take steps to address any negative feedback or concerns
Have an input and be involved in the product definition process to solve customer needs
Support day-to-day business operations, managing client relationships and handling customer inquiries.
Stay updated on the company's products, services to provide accurate and complete customer service
Exceed performance targets, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Provide high-quality customer service
Be part of a high talented team with an ambitious mission
The ability to grow internally
You have :
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (+ fluency in Italian is a plus)
Young professional or recently graduated; Ready to engage yourself 100% in this adventure; Ability to solve problems and make quick and effective decisions
You are a team player who inspires trust, are ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude; You are interested in a start-up environment, you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services.
