We are looking for positive, energetic individuals with a passion for wellness and helping people! As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you will greet and welcome potential and existing clients to the studio, help clients determine the next steps in their wellness journey, promote membership sales, and help administer some of the services we have to offer. Additionally, you will perform other administrative and hands-on duties to help the General Manager manage the day-to-day operations of your studio, and assist with retention and ensuring current members are receiving the highest level of customer service.</div><div> <br><strong>Status: </strong>Full- and Part-Time roles available<br><strong>Schedule: </strong>Includes weekends</div><div><strong><br>What our Hyper Wellness Representatives love about working for Restore:</strong></div><ul> <li>Free and discounted services</li> <li>Monthly bonus potential</li> <li>Comprehensive benefits</li> <li>Paid standard holidays</li> </ul><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Conduct studio tours and deliver an exceptional and versatile sales and service experience to all members and guests</li> <li>Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care</li> <li>Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for the studio, including membership sales/renewals, and retail sales</li> <li>Onboard new clients–-this involves completion of medical waivers and creating guest profiles in POS system</li> <li>Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions</li> <li>Assist in outgoing calls to clients for notification of promotions and events</li> <li>Assist in the execution and coordination of the company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)</li> <li>Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guest</li> <li>Promote enthusiasm for health/wellness and the Restore brand </li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li>1+ years of sales experience preferred</li> <li>1+ years of customer service experience in a similar role</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Strong teamwork mentality</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Intermediate computer skills</li> <li>Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently<br><br> </li> </ul><div> <em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
