<strong>Role Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>As a Lead Registered Nurse, you’ll lead Restore’s medical operations within the studio. You will serve as both a clinical expert and a business driver—overseeing safety and compliance, mentoring the nursing team, and ensuring medical services consistently deliver safe, effective, and transformative results.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<strong>Medical Expertise<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Deliver excellent nursing care and expert guidance to clients.</li>
<li>Administer IV drips, injections, and other medical services with precision and professionalism.</li>
<li>Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals.<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Training, Safety & Compliance<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols.</li>
<li>Educate front desk staff on medical services to enhance client support.</li>
<li>Ensure strict compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Medical Performance<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies and service excellence.</li>
<li>Partner with the GM to develop and implement activations (e.g., Performance Medicine) to meet studio goals.</li>
<li>Monitor medical KPIs and adjust processes to achieve results.<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Studio Leadership<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Collaborate with the GM and leadership team to ensure seamless integration of medical services into studio operations.</li>
<li>Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.</li>
<li>Model servant leadership, contributing to a positive, high-performance culture.<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license (required).</li>
<li>Certifications: Current BLS certification (required).</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections.</li>
<li>Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).</li>
<li>Passion for wellness and patient care.</li>
<li>Strong mentoring and coaching skills.</li>
<li>Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Commitment to compliance and continuous learning.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>
