<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<strong>Studio Performance<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Own studio performance by developing and executing business plans that achieve KPIs, revenue, and profitability goals.</li>
<li>Monitor trends and apply data-driven decision-making to drive results.</li>
<li>Manage labor and cost models for operational efficiency.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Studio Operations<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day studio operations with a focus on client experience, brand standards, and facility excellence.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols.</li>
<li>Implement local marketing strategies, community events, and grassroots initiatives to grow awareness and memberships.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Training & Onboarding<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing training, development, and cross-training to ensure staff expertise across therapies and systems.<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Team & Performance Management<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead the employee lifecycle, including coaching, performance reviews, recognition, and corrective action when needed.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and five-star customer service.</li>
<li>Serve as a role model of servant leadership — demonstrating values, culture, and high performance daily.<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).</li>
<li>Experience: 3–5 years of management experience (required), including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.</li>
<li>Prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or retail management (preferred).</li>
<li>Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities.</li>
<li>Strong communication and coaching skills.</li>
<li>Ability to balance data-driven decisions with authentic human connection.</li>
<li>Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.<br><br>
