1. Standard/Procedure Implementation - 30%
Implement company-wide quality and productivity standards and procedures, and make refinement/update under the supervision of Manager, to ensure compliance of all teams through workshop training, monitoring systems and reports.
2. New Product Service Delivery - 20%
Work with Manager in establishing workflow, procedures, and other framework materials for new products, perform according to procedures independently and ensure service delivery standards (quantitive, qualitative, and timeliness) are met.
3. Service Delivery Team Support - 30%
Support Service Delivery teams, in areas such as new client integration, procedures documentation, training and production.
4. Professional Service - 20%
Provide basic OPEX professional service to other departments, such as client process/standard procedure inquiry and perform audits against set standards
