Client Summary:
USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. Under the Agency-wide closeout effort, OAA requires contracting professionals to support contract terminations, closeouts, cost evaluations, and full cradle‑to‑grave contract administration.

Position Summary:
Perform post-award grant administration and closeout actions, including cost allow ability reviews and final budget negotiations.
 

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process post-award documentation.
- Conduct cost evaluations and allow ability reviews.
- Negotiate final budgets and closeout packages.
- Communicate with Agreement Officers and grantees.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field.
- 5+ years federal grant management experience including grant termination/closeout
