Client Summary:
USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency.This blended FM role supports payroll, payments, voucher examination, and audit tracking for USAID’s closeout operations.
 
Salary Range: $95,000–$120,000
 
Position Summary:
Provide cross-functional financial management support including payroll reviews, voucher processing, IPAC monitoring, and audit tracking.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and personnel actions.
- Examine and validate vouchers and IPAC charges.
- Reconcile subsidiary ledgers and general ledger entries.
- Support CACS audit tracking and reporting.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years experience across payroll/payments/audit functions in a federal environment.
