USAID’s Office of Finance requires accountants to perform payment postings, reconciliations, vendor file research, and closeout-related accounting tasks.

Position Summary:Support payment accounting, posting, and reconciliation activities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Post vendor payments in Phoenix.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and IPAC charges.
- Support Prompt Payment Act compliance.
- Assist with closeout reconciliations.
 
 
Minimum Qualifications:
-- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Auditing + 4 years experience OR 9 years without degree.
