Summary –Supports SFLC through structured discovery sessions, backlog creation, sprint planning, and efficiency measurement for automation and analytics initiatives.
Job Description – Conducts interviews, stakeholder mapping, architecture review, and discovery to identify high-value, low-effort automation and analytics use cases.
Responsibilities – - Conduct discovery, interviews, and architecture assessments.
- Develop ranked backlog with benefit/LOE/feasibility scoring.
- Support sprint planning and solution integration.
- Measure efficiency outcomes; maintain Discovery & Assessment Report.
- Ensure compliance with records management and Section 508.
Qualifications – Required: 5+ years process analysis; backlog management; benefits measurement; familiarity with DHS/USCG constraints and security requirements.
