Client SummaryProvides Tier-0/Tier-1 network troubleshooting, cabling, monitoring, and configuration support at MTF locations in alignment with DHA standards and processes.
Location: Multiple MTF Sites


Role Summary
Performs site-level troubleshooting, problem resolution, cable testing, device configuration changes, VLAN operations, and wireless support; documents activity accurately in DHA’s ITSM.


Required Skills
·         LAN/WAN troubleshooting using SolarWinds, ARMIS, and Ansible.
·         OSI-layer fault isolation and packet-level analysis.
·         Cable termination, drop certification, and OTDR testing.
·         Edge switch, wireless access point, and serial communications support.
·         Accurate ticket documentation and time tracking per enterprise standards.


Certifications (Required)
·         DoD 8140 – Network Operations Specialist (Intermediate level)
·         Security+
·         CCNA or equivalent


Experience
Bachelor’s and 2 years; OR technical school and 3 years directly related experience.

SECRET (Required)
