Summary:
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) provides global intelligence, security, communications, and information operations in support of Army, Joint, and national-level missions. Headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA, INSCOM operates in highly secure SCIF and SAP environments and maintains critical IT, C2, and network infrastructure across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Command & Control Infrastructure Operations (C2IO) mission ensures uninterrupted delivery of networks, hardware, software, and communications capabilities that support worldwide intelligence operations.
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA+ worldwide deployment
Clearance: TS/SCI (CI Poly preferred)
Salary Range: $130,000–$165,000
Overview
Provides SATCOM and expeditionary communications design, deployment, sustainment, and rapid response for global operations.
Responsibilities
- Design SATCOM and tactical comms architectures
- Lead deployments (72-hr ready)
- Perform installation and troubleshooting
- Support PACE planning
- Support exercises & operations
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s + 6 yrs or Bachelor’s + 4 yrs
- DoD 8140 DCWF 441 preferred
- Experience with tactical SATCOM
- Ability to deploy globally
- TS/SCI required
