Summary:
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) provides global intelligence, security, communications, and information operations in support of Army, Joint, and national-level missions. Headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA, INSCOM operates in highly secure SCIF and SAP environments and maintains critical IT, C2, and network infrastructure across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Command & Control Infrastructure Operations (C2IO) mission ensures uninterrupted delivery of networks, hardware, software, and communications capabilities that support worldwide intelligence operations.

- Manages INOSC 24/7 operations ensuring readiness, outage tracking, and enterprise monitoring to support mission-critical systems. Leads multi-shift NetOps teams and supervises outage tracking and resolution.
