
Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a Help Desk Representative to provide Tier 0, I, and II IT and cybersecurity support services for our Navy customer onsite at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) in Washington DC. The selected candidate will deliver critical end-user support to enhance availability, performance, and security of the WNY RDT&E network environment.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $70,000to $85,000 (annually).
