As a Sleep Coach, you will be the face of Resmed in our retail clinic. Your mission is to create an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting people on their sleep health journey. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards, working towards driving revenue, increased business growth and superior market reputation.

  • Deliver exceptional service – greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

  • Achieve sales targets – recommend products and services that improve sleep quality.

  • Maintain store standards – keep displays fresh, manage stock, and ensure the clinic looks amazing.

  • Product expertise – complete training and stay up-to-date on ResMed’s innovative solutions.

  • Customer follow-up – build relationships, check progress, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Operational tasks – handle POS transactions, cash management, and general admin duties.

  • Equipment care – maintain and check trial devices for customer use

Your Day-to-Day

  • Create amazing customer experiences – greet, listen, and guide customers to the right solutions.

  • Drive sales success – achieve targets and celebrate wins!

  • Keep the store looking sharp – merchandising, stock control, and presentation.

  • Stay ahead of the game – complete product training and share your knowledge.

  • Handle POS transactions and admin tasks with accuracy and care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail or customer service experience (2+ years preferred).

  • Sales-driven mindset – you love hitting goals!

  • Strong communication skills – confident, compassionate, and adaptable.

  • Attention to detail – from visual merchandising to reporting.

  • Tech savvy – POS experience; Salesforce and Shopify knowledge is a bonus.

  • Healthcare or pharmacy background? Fantastic, but not essential.

Flexibility – available for rotating rosters, weekends, and public holidays.
