About this role

We are looking for our future Director, Strategic Partnerships - EMEA to join our Global Partnerships - Product Management team.

The role is offered preferably in the UK but is also open to Dublin, Ireland, Lyon, France or Munich, Germany.

What You'll Do :

Partnership Strategy & Market Development 

  • Create and execute the EMEA partnership strategy aligned to business priorities and long-term growth objectives. 

  • Identify strategic opportunities across digital health, AI/data, channel partners, and care-delivery innovation. 

  • Conduct market scans and partner assessments to prioritise opportunities. 

Sourcing, Negotiation & Partnership Execution 

  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and negotiation of complex, multi-market partnerships. 

  • Establish governance frameworks and ongoing performance management for key partnerships. 

  • Ensure contractual and operational alignment with legal, regulatory, data governance, and commercial policies. 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Work closely with Commercial, Product, Digital Health Technology, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, and Operations teams. 

  • Build alignment on partnership value, required trade-offs, and execution pathways. 

  • Influence senior stakeholders with clear insights, data, and strategic recommendations. 

Performance & Continuous Improvement 

  • Define measurable KPIs, value metrics, and dashboards for partnership performance. 

  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and operational challenges. 

  • Improve partnership frameworks, playbooks, and commercial models across the region.

  • Use feedback, reflection, and emotional intelligence to navigate complex negotiations and influence diverse stakeholders.

Know Your Product 

  • Hold a robust understanding of Resmed’s devices, digital health platforms, data capabilities, clinical value propositions, and integration pathways. 

  • Position product strengths confidently in partner discussions and identify where partner capabilities can complement or extend the ecosystem. 

  • Recognise product limitations and collaborate with Product & Technology teams to explore innovation or roadmap alignment. 

What You Bring :

  • Extensive experience in strategic business development, commercial strategy, or related fields. Ideally some previous partnership experience. 

  • Experience working in EMEA healthcare, medtech, or digital health. 

  • Demonstrated success negotiating and implementing complex partnerships. 

  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence skills. 

  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organisation. 

Preferred :

  • Experience with digital health, SaaS ecosystems, AI/data partnerships, or healthcare delivery models. 

  • Background collaborating with payers, hospital systems, or national healthcare bodies. 

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
